- At our arrival, we tried to cancel our reservation because there was a crew filming inside the reception office and they were there for few days.We said that we should have been advised of that inconvenient. The owner/general manager refused.
- The maid that told me to look at the room and to keep it that way in "Spanish"¿¿
Cons -
- Ants in Room, no Coffee, Pool was closed, Ugly floor in Room, damaged sideboard, no iron, bad room houskeeping service,hairdrier didn't work,.... Unfriendly at the Reservation desk. Neuer again
- The room was filthy. Moles in the room and bathroom, bad smell, etc.At 05:00a.m. we were still awake because of the smell,poor quality bed, room etc.We left. I request a refund. Your reputation suffers with that kind of business.
- The floor was very dirty I walked with socks and and I got very dirty it and for an accident we spilled water and I got a towel to dry and it be so dirty they change towels and get the garbage and made beds but they nand also bed are not very comfortable.
