Offering free Wi-Fi, this motel is 20 minutes’ drive from Los Angeles International Airport. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. Free parking is provided on site. Each air-conditioned room features a work desk, a microwave and a small refrigerator at Royal Inn Lomita. An private bathroom is also included. A 24-hour reception is available to assist all guests at Lomita Royal Inn. Luggage storage is offered. Redondo Beach is 10 minutes’ drive from Royal Inn Lomita. San Pedro Port is 5 miles from the motel.

The manager and his wife are very kind people. There is a lot of variety for eating out around the hotel.
Small and ease of parking....and good location for my visit to the area.
Even though it was on busy PCH, it was set back with the main office building blocking traffic noise. It was quiet. Other hotels in the area were crowded, their parking lots were full with lots of activity, this one had room to park and was quiet. Nice!

Cons -

I was next to a smoking room and I could smell it when I turned on the bathroom fan. Also, there were ants in the room.
The shower curtain rod, in my room, was loose and made keeping the curtain extended to each end, while showering, difficult.
The furnishing was old except for the bed. The TV didn't have many chanels, just the basics, (mostly infomercials). I have to say for the purpose of my trip, business, it was a great stay and within my budget.

The owner was a commodating in trying to get internet connection to work in my room.

Write up about hotel states Internet works on whole property. It did NOT.
