Pros +
- Room was cozy and clean. Everything I needed, even what I did not know that I needed was available. Staff was attentive to ask if my check in went well and asked if I needed anything.
- Clean and nice bed.
- The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very near all the action of Downtown Long Beach.
Cons -
- The area is a little iffy after sundown and it would be more inviting and personal to have a front desk when checking in.
- Shower and sink were small, you had to put your head between sink and shelf to wash face!
- The walls and ceiling/floor were very thin. I could easily hear people walking in the hallways, the conversation in the adjoining rooms, and the footsteps of the person roomed above me. Some not so ideal characters near the hotel.
