- The desk clerk and cleanliness
- Overall, this hotel is decent. It seemed clean enough and safe. We liked the location close to the highway and Hays is a mid point for our travels to and from Colorado.

- Unfortunately, we were not wow?ed with this stay. Unfriendly desk person and ?hot? breakfast consisted of toast and hard boiled eggs to be heated in the microwave. The beds were HARD, the sheets were itchy, and the room stunk like a basement or attic.
