Yep, they never cleaned my room during my 3 day stay. The charged me 100.00 for a damage deposit which was fine but they also changed me 60.00 for my service dog, gave me back the 160.00 after I left then noticed they took out another 60.00, called them!

I was impressed with the accommodations in the bathroom. All the shampoo, conditioner and body was was right there. The towel rack was nice. Made of wood not the expected metal in other hotels. Couldn't hear people walking in the hall or showers.
