- i couldn't ever get ahold of staff on the telephone. it's located in a really crappy part of town.
- I hadn't been to Eugene before and was unprepared for its grittiness and traffic, nor had I ever been in a place whose check-in advised specifically "no alcohol or fighting." No in-room coffee.
