The bed in our room was very concave and you could feel the springs and box spring below. Toilet was not fastened well to the floor so was moving around as well as the toilet seat was repaired using grey duct tape.

The staff were very friendly and very professional. The room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The Housekeeping staff made sure we had clean towels without our asking. I will certainly stay here every time that I'm in the region.

This hotel was a true diamond in the ruff. Super comfortable. Staff was cordial and efficient. There weren't any stairs and we could park right by our room.
