- Didn't lose the reservation after 12 due to delays n trip.

- The Latino tailgate party in the next room that was allowed to go on into the morning hours.
- The bathroom could use a really good cleaning and a makeover. The beds need a makeover too.
- Everything. Upon check in at about 6:30 pm, lobby is locked, sign says breakfast unavailable. At and after check in we were being followed by a man that appeared to be on drugs making us feel unsafe. Front desk staff Puja was rude and hung up on me.
