- Cleanliness, location and room appearances.
- I liked it best I lived less than 2 hours away.The bed was so uncomfortable that I just went home and slept in my own bed.
- Hotel employee who helped me with my luuggage. Front desk clerk barely spoke English and refused to give me a room on first floor without giving her an extra $20.
Cons -
- The bathroom sink drain was clogged, there was a loose floor tile and the guy working there did not speak English very well. When I asked him for a receipt while I was checking out, he told me he had given me one the night before. He did not give me one.
- The mattress was older than President Reagan. The entire place had an odd odor.
- NO ELEVATOR. Given room on second floor & impossible to carry bags up stairs with my disability. Brwakfast was only waffles & cereal. Orange juice was bitter & awful. Coffee cup lids wouldn't stay on. Refrigerator froze all of my food. Carpet was filthy!!
