When I arrived, my assigned room was dirty. At 5 am the battery warning on the smoke alarm started going off every 30 seconds. I called the desk and 600 number but no answer. At 6 am I was told no one could help until 7. A nightmare stay.

Our first room had a water leak. AC did not work in second room.

I had zoom meetings and i had to cancell because the door lock was broken and i had to wait over an hour for them to fix it. I had to zoom one of my calls outside when it was 100 degrees. I told the guy i wanted a discount he said no.

The hotel?s common areas reeks of cleaning products and the room itself smelled of mildew. The staff decided to check me out of the room without final approval and did not give a refund for days I did not stay there.
