Cons -
- There were numerous small ants in my parents' room that caused them problems. It was room #135. Concerns about the ants were expressed to the front desk worker and she was aloof and disinterested. My parents are senior citizens.
- The entire facility including our room was in desperate need of updating. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Very poor breakfast as well.
- Manager needs to learn please and thank you go a long way. Called front desk to say I needed battery for my remote and he just hangs up. Absolutely, no customer service skills what do ever. Needs to learn in our culture we say thank you!!
