It was very clean

Location and price. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons -

No coffee filters used paper towels. Nobody at the front desk had to check in at super 8.
Understaffed, bed was not King size. Had to go to Super 8 for assistance.
Was overbooked, so they sent us to Motel 8 across the parking lot.

Rooms are cold, no blankets, hallway has buckets and floor is wet from roof leaking. Breakfast was really poor. Had bread, a jar of peanut butter, a half gallon of milk and some cereal
