- The services but you must request it constantly before you get it
- The area was great location food is good staff are amazing I just don?t want to stay on the 9th floor ever again
- The view was beautiful in the corner suite. The bed was very soft and comfortable.
Cons -
- Lack of refrigerator and my room safe did not work and had to travel to many different floors before I found a working ice machine
- The bed didn?t work the sheets were still dirty the tv remote didn?t work
- My sisters needed to be relocated as there was a pipe burst in the neighboring room. The front desk were extremely helpful and provided them with a new room on the top floor for the inconvenience
