Comfortable, nice hotel.
Paid parking at almost 40$ American dollars? There’s loads of other hotels in this are that don’t change parking.., I would stay again.

Location is excellent
The rooms were dirty and outdated. Every bit of the experience felt like staying in a motel. You enter your room from the parking lot and through your window everyone outside and in the parking lot can see into your room. The shower in the bathroom and the carpets in the room were so dirty that we felt uncomfortable. The A/C worked but the rooms have the old window side units that always leave the room feeling damp because they chill the air without reducing the humidity. Finally, the noise outside the rooms is loud through the night. There were people fighting in the parking lot at 3am and plenty of foot traffic. We wouldn’t stay here again

Location, cleanliness & spacious rooms.
Overly priced parking for approximately 40$ per night. Noise isolation slightly light when someone crossing in front of your room door.

Bed was comfortable and room was decent sized.
Bathroom size, carpet was dirty, door had space that let light in and bugs, sofa stank like mildew and sink was rusty

The grounds were very clean and well kept. The room was clean, no dust on any of the furniture or counter tops, carpets were vacumed, garbage cans were clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well for being in a new place. Our room faced the courtyard of the property and it was very quiet. The room rate was very reasonable.
These items are why we have rated this property on the low end:1. We killed 3 roaches in the room in our overnight stay. I am from South Fla and bugs are a constant issue, but killing 3 roaches in only being there 17 hours indicates pest control is an issue and not being performed regularly. This significantly detracts from the apperance of cleanliness of the room.2. $40 per night to self park is excessive. Providing guest parking at a hotel is just the burden of doing business. I can understand parking fees for Valet but not for self-parking. It leaves the guest with the feeling of being nickled and dimed. The whole point of hospitality is making your guest feel wanted and welcomed, not to penalize them for driving their own car to the property. And just becasue "other properties" charge for parking doesnt mean you should.3. Although the carpet was vacumed and clean, it was very frayed where it met the tile for the bathroom area.4. The shower door leaked and it was obvious it had been leaking for quite sometime because the lamination on the bathroom door was peeling from the bottom up. Shower door leak should be addressed and bathroom door repaired.

Overall it was a nice hotel. I feel like the photos are a bit deceptive. I booked a resort view room, but there was no view of the resort it was in the back near the mini golf area. I had issues with the remote to the TV in the room and when I explained to the front desk they weren’t trying to understand what I was saying just blanket excuses. The room had a mildew smell I didn’t really like. They tried to double charge me the resort fee which I paid when I booked, still unclear what that fee is for. 2 bottles of water and shuttle service. I’m undecided if I will stay there again.

Very spacious Bed is comfortable
Curtains are old and have small holes. Rooms are on a walkway so curtains should be closed after housekeeping leaves because you can see everything in others rooms that you pass by.

The location is awesome. Very close to both Seaworld and Discovery Cove. The restaurant inside is also very nice.
The room floor is not clean as well as the toilet. The AC is quite loud.
