The parking lot was small and felt unsafe. The lobby door was bolted shut and you had to ring to get in. The room smelled musty, the bedding was lumpy, and it was very out of date. We cancelled and thankfully got a refund.

our first 3 nights were spent in the furthest from the office. rooms seemed older. checked back in a couple of day later for 2 more nights and had a room off of the pool. Much nicer room. pool and hot tub nice. we enjoyed both ours stays

The spa has been permanently closed but the website never mentioned this. If I had known I would have booked a room somewhere else. The shower water was lukewarm the entire time. Also, many wonderful items that were once on the menu have been eliminated.
