A hotel refurbishment is underway through December 31, 2023. Work will occur during daytime hours. Anticipate construction noise during this time. All amenities will remain open.

Pros +
- pool cabanas, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff
- Nice location for walking to downtown, but it's between 2 busy roads, so not a peaceful or quiet walk. Better than trying to park downtown on a weekend, though.
- Very convenient location in Palm Springs.
Cons -
- Not many outlets in the room - putting the tv, lamp, and cable box on a power strip would open up some outlets for guests.
- The parking lot was small and felt unsafe. The lobby door was bolted shut and you had to ring to get in. The room smelled musty, the bedding was lumpy, and it was very out of date. We cancelled and thankfully got a refund.
- The room, particularly the restroom needed a remodel, felt like a motor lodge
