- Generally safe feeling, close to conference center
- it was clean near downtown parking was close
- The parking was close.
Cons -
- Dumpy, everywhere you look something is broken, missing, stained or otherwise damaged. There was loud construction related things happening all hours of the day inside the hotel itself.
- people do live there but that was no issue for us
- noise fans outside the door all night - as it the floor was flooded the previous nights
