The location was good
I waited for the airport shuttle service for almost an hour and 40 minutes. Every 10-15 minutes, I asked when it would arrive, but I was always told it would be about 15 minutes due to traffic congestion. I later found out that the staff simply shifted the blame due to a lack of communication. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I will never use any IHG Group brand, especially Holiday Inn, for my future travels.

I fell in love with this hotel. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was amazing, we ate our bellies full before our long flight. Lots of nice Veg options for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a beautiful lake on the outside of the restaurant. I will definitely book here again when I return to Miami.

Location next to airport, breakfast, size of rooms, comfy beds, clean and amenities.
Tv didn’t work, its a bummer having two large tv’s. staff said due to storm and would have fixed it the day after. Rest was great.
