- Fridge in room didn?t work & it stunk we told front desk which never came to resolve which was an inconvenience considering we had leftovers. Also saw roaches in hall. And they had the wrong breakfast times posted so we missed it
- Air conditioner did not work; room cleanliness not there; booked for 3 people and only provided 2 towels; sofa bed had no sheet/blanket; drug activity going on in parking lot
- Should have refunded my money after we found bed bugs and kitchen wasn't like description
