the hotel was nice. clean.
They overbooked the hotel during hurricane time. They then said the room was guaranteed and would call when it is ready. But never called and said I have no reservation. Fortunately booking.com refunded my money.

Staff was friendly and helpful
Wish I listened to the reviews and didn’t waste my time and money photos are definitely not accurate. Elevator was super sketchy to start off once we got to our room and wanted to shower we noticed our shower handle was broken, everything was falling off the walls you can tell they had just did repairs and to top it off their was mold in the restroom ceiling. If it wasn’t so late already I would have took my family elsewhere and demanded a refund because it was horrible. The staff was the only good thing they were friendly and helpful although they tried to help make the shower work it wasn’t worth the hassle it was late and we had an early flight the next morning.

Great stay, staff very nice and friendly. Rooms super clean.
The inside pool was too cold to swim in. Last time we were here it was perfect.

Hotel lobby and restaurant area is nice. Looks very clean. The rooms are standard rooms. Nothing fancy at all. Decent decor in the room.
I didn't like that there was bus loads of people in the hotel that was sold out. There were in the hallway until 3 am talking so I could not sleep. Then people started leaving at 6:30 am slamming doors so I didn't sleep well at all.

clean rooms, comfortable beds
some of the staff was rude and not welcoming, inside is not the normal type of holiday you’d stay in, sorta old. kinda sketchy. convenient distances for the places we we’re going.
