The location and the price. Also the staff in front are very informative and will work with you on the type of room tou are wanting.

Cons -

No face towel no fridge or microwave in room. The location is bad had sirens and gun shots all night
The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It looked like mop water was employed in it and not washed out. There was hair on the towel rack inside the shower as well.
The WORST PART is there were ROACHES!!! I demand a Refund. The room had not been maintained. The bed had no sheets nor a comforter, it only had a very old cotton mattress cover and a thin blanket. There were no towels, used up soaps, and no trashcan.
