- Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet
- They gave complementary dinner and drinks as well as breakfast. That was a first for me .
- Location is excellent, right on the River Walk. Roof top pool was wonderful. Breakfast is really good. Complimentary early dinner and drinks separates this hotel from others. Incredible value!
Cons -
- Elevators were extremely slow or not functioning. We are a family of 4;with kids and took stairs majority of the time
- The room next door got flooded so maintenance had to be in and out of our room as well as having to wait to use the bathroom but the time they finish we had to wait to flush for 20 more minutes, staff was nice and kind.
- WE liked being close to the elevator, however our room was actually behind the elevator and that was very noisy at times.
