- The staff were sooo great! We got double booked on another platform that starts with a V and were stuck with no where to go at 2am and this place was not only accommodating, but even helped us figure out how to book, so that we can save the most money.
- The mattress was comfy

- Can't complain. It was a little noisy over the weekend with kids, but that's to be expected.
- Our room was gross. The back of the toilet was discolored n had a long hair on it, the corners had a lot of built up grime, & black mold in the around the bathtub. We paid for 4 adults & only had 2 washcloths & 3 towels. Front desk said they were out
- They charged me a $100 deposit even though I had prepaid. Then didn?t give me a receipt to show I had paid the deposit. And that I should get the deposit back.
