Pros +

Easy check in & out. Very nice employees
Good location and very nice room. They also had a great gym.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons -

Stuck in elevator
Need to make sure people know they can valet park from the registered guest side. Going to the front is tedious!
Coffee in restaurant should be better.
