Snotty staff, and kitchen area was disgusting. Also bugs in the place and spiders everywhere which I'm allergic to stupid round abouts. Which it cost me ---@ 56$ for cab ten miles from airport.. Price right but cleaned my room and it had bugs.

Location was close to parks, buses were quick and easy to figure out. Both pools were great.

Very close to the theme parks and cute theme. The lazy river was nice. The dining hall was very convenient and had (much appreciated) late night hours.

The parking is very convenient. Coincidentally a tax conference was also attending the same hotel and it was pretty cool! I haven’t seen Wolter’s Kluwer since university! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every time I asked them to clean my room.

Nothing after the smell Of the mould in the room, plus the carpet was so old that people with lung and allergies issues definitely avoid this hotel . Owners should know about this health hazard front helpful but Manager extremely unhelpful .

The Black gentleman was the only person that greeted my husband and I during our stay ! The other front desk workers all seemed confused and rude honestly no one spoke or said a word . The bar staff was AMAZING , loved the food and drinks !

The customer service is amazing. the front desk on 1st shift provide great information and resources. Justin at the bar was super busy but still managed to kind with a great sense of humor. He also had to run food out and my food was hot .

It is always a great choice if you're flying out of SAN because of its proximity to the airport. The Bayview tower has nice views and unless the Navy across the bay is particularly active it will be peaceful
