- Location to Broadway shows. We never got in the subway the whole time we were there as everything was within walking distance. But also the hotel is beautiful, clean rooms, and every employee was friendly! Super comfortable stay!

- The best location- right in Times Square! They have water filling stations in the lobby and the bar with outdoor patio overlooking Times Square is nice.

- Prices for food and drinks in the restaurant/bar are high.
- No
- Bed sheets had a clump of long black hair in the bed, did not see until the morning. I am bald so I know it was not mine. Asked to have the sheets changed and they were.
