Very clean, great location
Pool hours. We arrived about 6 I believe and hours were advertised as dawn til dusk.

excellent value for the cost compared to nearby hotels.
no working ice machines. Out of three machines (1st, 3rd, 5th floor) none were working so we had to get ice from the front desk, and they were very accomodating. Still... We had an updated room that was nice but understood not all rooms were updated.

The location was good.
The hallway to the room smell so bad that I had to hold my breath until I get to the room.

the staff was friendly and prompt with service.
rooms were dirty. the floors were not vacuumed and smelled foul. like feet. we had to get our room changed.

Location was great
Room had strange layout. Sink was outside the bathroom, shower had limestone buildup. Housekeeping didn't clean the room the entire time we were there for a 3 and a half day stay. Room was humid and carpet felt wet when walking

It was a nice and clean hotel, with good breakfast and good customer service.
It was kind of far from the canter of Miami but I knew it when I was booking, so nothing unexpected.
