Terrific location. Lobby was well appointed and designed. The dual showers were cool as was having a tub. Loved the marble, wood floors, and moody design in the room. Outdoor seating was nice.

The hotel has great location next to Airport for short stay .. However, little far from main l?Attractions. The hotel staff was very nice and particularly house keep staff name Agnis was nice .

The staff were all very nice, polite, well-mannered, though not always easy to understand (that is saying a lot because I am an English teacher with lots of international experience). The young lady who checked me in, was so sweet and nice.

The room was warm and clean. Sadly, it was a bit of a walk uphill from the theatre and the station, but that's not the hotel's fault. It is very well situated and was excellent value for money.

It was on the river and the ferry is complimentary. Other things that I did like: the patio overlooking the water. The public transportation routes are at the hotel. There is an Uber kiosk in the hotel.
The hotel is across the Thames from Canary Wharf and it provides a free ferry to it. As a result, it gives easy access to London's s attractions both by water taxi and train, etc., including train access to Heathrow airport.
