- For the security and Staff were well behave and Nice to my family
- That it was close to Heathrow!

- Staff could have informed me about the shuttle costs, it was misleading. I thought it was complementary
- The entire hotel smelt like cigarettes. All of the surfaces in my room were sticky and I didn?t feel very safe. I went down at 1am and there were still a lot of people down there and that felt a little sketchy. I only had 2 pillows and the air system loud
