- Hotel employee rushing especially dropping my luggage at check in and returning to the hotel to relax for a few hours before my flight.
- The family room with three beds was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for a family with two teens. Staying at the airport made travel much more convenient.

Cons -
- Need a store to buy toiletries and snacks etc
- Got lost trying to find the hotel.Did not feel welcomed at check-in.Once you get there-you are on a food island! Forced to order room service-paid $30 for a mediocre sandwich . Way overpriced and rude staff!
- A bit hard to find. Sometimes there were signs and sometimes not. Perhaps I missed them. I never saw the signs that said to change levels in the parking garage.
