- Windows were so high up I had to stand on a chair to see out. Made me feel like I was in a prison cell. Also, could not regulate room temperature.
- I made the booking thinking it was located at terminal five I was very disappointed of the location. Had I known I would not have booked my airline ticket or the hotel. I think it was misleading. Did not appreciate it.
