The Customer Service was amazing everyone was so friendly and helpful. I even left a few of my garments at the hotel and they called and immediately shipped them out. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel and it was convenient

Not much. This place needs an over-haul. I immediately regretted staying here. The computers were down the entire weekend, there was a microwave in the main lobby (none in the room), I was placed on the 14th floor, etc, etc.
