- Inside had torn border and a hole in the shower ceiling
- No battery in smoke detector; vomit or dark spit dried on wall. In restroom there was fecal matter still on toilet seat. Some type opacity smeared on shower wall. Bathroom fan coated with thick dark stuck on dust. Pic were provided bed was clean
