- The hotel staff is always friendly and accommodating. Hotel employee is a gem. When I checked in, my room, we did not have any towels. She quickly came to the rescue as usual. She is delightful and always eager to help. She makes me feel at home.
- Front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice beds extremely comfortable.

- There were holes in the curtains.TV didn?t work.No coffee maker.
- The breakfast was very limited. Not to many selections for kids.
- Wi-Fi was horrible. Breakfast was never ready on time. Curtains were gross
