- NOTHING WAS GOOD ABOUT THE HOTEL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I WANT A REFUND IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. Never again!!!
- The decor. Even though they are currently remodeling what they have brought in that is new is super cute. I loved all the lamps.

- The way the linens are passed out
- The hotel was terrible and I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The HOTEL WAS DIRTY AND LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS. They had roaches ¿¿ and bugs ¿¿ everywhere. When I got to the first room I had to be moved it was so terrible with spiders ¿¿¿.
- The beds were comfortable but the sheets need to be a higher thread count or something. They were very rough and so were the towels.
