What a jewel.? just outside of town. Quiet. Neat as a pin. Friendly staff and a cool retro diner across the street. The beds and accommodations were as good or better than the high priced motels.

They gave us another room, but it was just as dirty and dusty.

Rusty the lady at check in was amazing. She helped us with our needs for the room. She helped us get into the room we thought we booked. Due to the medical supplies I had to have a full fridge and not the mini one. Very accommodating.

Hotel changed room from queen no smoking to double beds upon check-in. Hair all over sink and tub, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Told them I wanted queen, and new room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. I left and stayed at different hotel

I stayed in a brand-new completely remodel room for three nights. I?ll brand-new furnishings beds, bathroom even the heat and air conditioner unit was brand new. I think they?re rating should be much higher personally staff was very friendly.

The hotel manager was not friendly. I shared my dissatisfaction with him about the cleanliness of the room. After check in I discovered the shower was unclean. Day 2 housekeeping cleaned my room & they did not clean the shower.Phone line was cut in

The hotel feels like a dated reitretirement home. The bed was very soft/flimsy. The shower caulk had turned dark in spots. This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel by any scale.

Downtown was very clean at first appearance even if there were people there working in the lobby when we arrived

There were no sheets for the pull out bed, the body wash was empty, the bed was very hard, the AC unit temp was off, the pool had so much chlorine it made your eyes water just walking into the room and gave my son a rash, no hand soap at breakfast, etc.
