- Location to Earl's Court underground transit. Comfortable beds. Fairly priced.
- Good value
- The location was good and very close the Earl's Court metro station. A decent continental breakfast was included.
Cons -
- Difficulty figuring out heating system. Very cold the first night, but once we figured it out, we were more comfortable. Quite small shower stall, could be an issue for some people.
- Not the hotel's fault but within minutes after checking into our top floor room (5th floor) the elevator broke down. Luckily it was fixed by about 8AM the next day. No apologies or compensation offered for the inconvenience. Far from ideal experience!
- The rooms and beds are quite small (too short for someone who is 6'1"), and we were placed in a lower level room that had no real daylight or outward facing windows. The bathroom was quite cramped and the sink was almost overtop of the toilet.
