Their staff were so caring. We had lost power at our home for a week due to ice storm. We then had to unexpectedly drive to Manistee to pick up one of our kids who was stranded at Ohare. Now that airport could learn etiquette from the staff here.

Warm pool and clean HOT hot tub. Our room was a walkout to the beach. It would make a great place for a warm day. We still enjoyed walking out to the beach to enjoy the view.

Nothing good about this place. I was called early in the morning asking for an estimated time to get there. They even told me they might have the room ready earlier than expected. I showed up at noon and was greeted by a closed reception office.

Their staff were so caring. We had lost power at our home for a week due to ice storm. We then had to unexpectedly drive to Manistee to pick up one of our kids who was stranded at Ohare. Now that airport could learn etiquette from the staff here.

Warm pool and clean HOT hot tub. Our room was a walkout to the beach. It would make a great place for a warm day. We still enjoyed walking out to the beach to enjoy the view.

REFLECTS IS THE BEST EATING JOINT IN TOWN. BREAKFAST AND DINER WERE BOTH DELUXE. THE FREE SHUTTLE VAN DOWNTOWN IS A DOUBLE PLUS. IT SAVES HAVING TO HUNT 30 MINUETS TO PARK DOWNTOWN ON A BUSY NIGHT. THE SHUITTLE BUS DRIVER IS THE MAN.. THE BEST!
