The location was great, the staff were very pleasant, Room rate was competitive. Public transport was ver close as was rail and bus stations.

Cons -

Very tired needs to be updated. Not enough toilet roll in room.
Key casrds didnt work. They had to let me in with a hard key. Someone banged on my door in the middle of the night. There was NO PHONE IN THE ROOM to call the front desk. I never slept UNACCEPTABLE!
You stated that the check in time was after 12AM but in fact it was 4PM....ruined my whole day. You were no help at all.

The location was great, the staff were very pleasant, Room rate was competitive. Public transport was ver close as was rail and bus stations.

The room was dated and requires talc. No Wi-Fi free of charge. Check out was 10:00 although our booking stated 12:00
