The staff were awesome! They answered all my questions before I had occasion to ask them. I loved the size of the room, the quietness at night, and the ability to shut out outdoor lighting with the pull-down window shade.

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which is manageable in Florida. The screaming, completely inappropriate front desk worker, not so much. She could use a solid course in customer service.

We liked the cotton sheets on the bed -- they're breathable and most comfy. It was also nice to have the fridge. We appreciated the morning front desk's help with needing a tooth brush and more shampoo.
