- The facility was neat and clean... breakfast bar met standards and was well stocked... surprised Wyndham franchised out their name to a location with no staff around.
- Front desk associate She is the greatest, most kind and helpful person I've met in a long time. Please know what an asset she is to your company.
Cons -
- Sometimes my access card Couldn?t work
- There was no staff at the front counter to check- in or interact with..."check-in" is with a Kiosk with a rep from outside the country...no human being around the property, other than cleaning crew in the mornings... very dystopian vibe / feeling.
- The breakfast truly needs to be improved. We stay here every week and we've been staying here for many years. You need to offer at least some hot eggs,bagles,etc. Other than that, we absolutely love it at Baymont, Bonita Springs.
