Pros +
- Nothing exceptional
- We loved the family suite. It was plenty of room for my husband and I and our four children.
- Very clean, and Friendly.
Cons -
- Sheets too small for thick mattress. They do not stay on the bed. Staff does not leave an extra roll of TP. We had to ask for and then go get toilet paper. 1of 2 elevators out 4days we were there. 2 of4 ice machine broken. More but limited reply space.
- I think it?s a little excessive to ask for $150 incidental fee. I have stayed a lot of different hotels. Even Disney only charges $100 for incidental. Also, if we had brought our pets with us that would?ve been another close to $200. Just for incidentals.
- Breakfast was just Ok
