Pros +
- We are from the US, so are used to having some space in hotel rooms. These were exactly what we needed size-wise.
- Location
- Location is amazing which is in central london and has access to all kinds of transportation especially just steps away from london tube
Cons -
- Only the front doors of the hotel were operational. They should install keypad access on the rear doors so west wing users don’t have to walk all the way through the hotel to enter and leave.
- Lack of security
- Size of the room is very small and staff at conceirge are not friendly

I liked the location in terms of how central it was
Our experience at the restaurant: It was a long wait for the food, we couldn't get alcoholic beverages (aside from wine because according to them, their bartender "didn't show up" for work), and the prices for the meal was high and not good value $$
