The location was perfect, close to so many attractions. The staff were lovely, they even let me store my luggage there after checking out so I didn't have to lug it about all day! The room was immaculate, cosy and unbelievably quiet! I was so comfy there.

The best I like was the cleanliness of the hotel areas and a very quiet hotel
Really convenient and luxurious, loved the bed, pool, staff, cleanliness really excellent stay. Only issues were the lift jumping floors, card swipe issue and the lighting in the bedroom for putting on make-up wasn¿t great. Loved it. Great shower too.

The hotel is wonderfully convenient inside the terminal. There's an issue trying to find the hotel. They drop you off at what looks like the bowels of the terminal and say go in there and find it. There isn't a great deal of signage.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. We were only there one night as a stopping over point between Chelsea Harbor and the airport. Didn't have an opportunity to view amenities. The Hoppa bus was very helpful in getting to the airport.

Novotel was perfect for a one night stay in Bristol. The parking under the hotel was only £12 for our stay, everything was clean and the buffet breakfast was amazing.
The hotel was in a medium good location, ; 8 minutes from the rail station but about 22 minutes from the cathedral and museum. There was a Tesco about 8 minutes away The hotel had 4 floors and parking. The stagg were very friendly.

The staff were exceedingly professional, positive and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. I really liked that they had a pool on site. The location was great.

The friendly and helpful staff were extremely welcoming. I don't normally stay at such nice hotels and felt a little awkward, but they were unpretentious and lovely from the moment we walked up.
The atmosphere of this hotel is so good. I like most the oxbo restaurant and the distillery cafe!

The hotel was clean and located in a great location. I felt safe being a solo traveler. It was far enough away to not be super noisy at night, but close enough to walk easily to many attractions. The room size and food at the restaurant were great.

We loved this hotel for its convenience, joy, layout and location. Most especially the breakfast was very divers and generous - properly European, with so much choice. Our room and bathroom were lovely and, importantly, quiet.
Clean and good location for tourism. Breakfast was a plus.
