- Breakfast buffet and location.
- The overall ambience - public rooms warm & welcoming. Staff so efficient, friendly & helpful. Room very comfortable - super-size bed & good quality linen. Quiet efficient air-conditioning, super clean bathroom. Great breakfast - huge & varied choices.

- Normally if they have a room available, a hotel will allow you an early check in, but this one charged me 10 pounds to check in early.
- No complaints whatsoever!
- The room serviceÃÂ was very disappointing. It required us to go to the lobby to order, pay and then take back to the room... that's not room service! The size of the room was shockingly compact. We bare had enough room to open 2 suitcases.
