- Cleanliness and condition of room and hotel. Location is good, close to bridge. View from room (if paying for the upgrade with view).
- Location & Housekeepers cleaning everyday.
- Clean, good facilities and friendly staff
Cons -
- They do not allow any meal delivery or even bringing in of take away meals. This is a con since they do allow room service meals in the room, so it¿s a ploy to make you pay them for the food. Room size was fine for just me, but if more it would be small.
- THE HOTEL STOPS PEOPLE FROM BUYING FOOD FROM PLACES OF THEIR CHOICE IT'S WRONG & GREED.RUDE STAFF,SMALLROOMS,BREAKFAST ISN'T GOOD FOR AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL; RESTRICTING GUESTS TAKE FOOD SAME BREAKFAST OUT AS CHOICE.THEY NEED TO KNOW WORK ON THEIR POLICY.
- Breakfast ridiculously expensive Location provided an awesome view of Westminster but the location was difficult to get too and not close to any metro station or river boat service. Walking to Westmonster was a solid 20 minutes
