Very clean.also not far from ICC.only bad point is no parking space located in the hotel grounds
Great view over the city from our room. The room was spacious, both the room and the bathroom were immaculately clean. Friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. Central location (5 minutes walk to the city centre)
Very surprised how nice the hotel room and staff are for the price. Very lovely staff and the room was really clean and well presented.

Cons -

Car parking not available
Not a lot left at breakfast but it was free.
Bed only had a heavy comforter, no sheets, very nice but you had to set the room temperature to freezing to avoid overheating at night. Also not having a room safe was a potential issue, especially for those of us with passports to protect.

Convenient location for the University of Aston, and also downtown Birmingham.
