The location was great for our needs. The shower had some awesome water pressure. The beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. The staff was friendly, although at times inaccessible.

The location of the hotel is on point. Also, parking was included which is rare at any hotels close to Disney.

Nothing fancy, but everything in working order and the cleanliness is as expected. The smell of the cleaning solution is at acceptable level, not too strong as other places. I found just one strand of hair on a pillow.

Bed sheets clean, hardwood floors clean and bathroom too! Also like the small deposit fee since other hotels will keep your deposit for so long sometimes but this one you get back at checkout. Free parking is also a plus.

The front desk person was quick and friendly.

Room and air conditioner stunk. It was very humid when we turned the air on it was worse and smell was bad.

I loved the esthetic of this hotel! The vintage feel is so fun and perfect for a trip to Disney. Also, the front desk clerks were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. The property was well-lit and felt safe.

Paint was peeling off the wall, shower was leaking, beds weren't made with fitted sheets and came undone within seconds.

It is a quiet zone and I like the neighborhood but I did had the wort experience at my staying at this hotel so can?t say any good comments the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that I couldn?t get a refund..so disappointed

I came and checked in they said I never register. I want my money back.

I called to have a specific room. They told me ok. And when I got there the lady told me no! Then there was pizza thrown at my car in the morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations!! Very roomy and comfortable rooms< mini fridge, could have used a microwave. Coffee maker but the coffee downstairs in the office was better and there were juices and tea available. Super close to Disneyland.

This hotel called me at 11:45pm the night before I was supposed to travel 8hrs and stay with them. They told me that they could no longer offer me a room because the room I was supposed to be in was no longer available.

My family has been staying at this location for over 10 years when visiting Disneyland. The shuttle service makes it easy to access the park, or it is a short drive to the parks.

The rooms were not the best and was not clean.

We have been charged twice and have to be reimbursed. We have called and emailed several times and have yet to be contacted. We attempted to address this issue when we checked out and was told it was just incidentals. However now we?ve been charged twice.
