- Representatives checking us in could be more personal, engaging and smile
- The fact you have to pay for parking? Everything should be included. Also got charged way more than quoted.
- The breakfast is an additional $15pp. The parking is limited. We ended up having to park at the restaurant next door but was still charged $25 for the night! Rip off!!!!!
