- This hotel called me at 11:45pm the night before I was supposed to travel 8hrs and stay with them. They told me that they could no longer offer me a room because the room I was supposed to be in was no longer available.
- Room was clean, smelled great, area and parking lot felt safe, complimentary water/snacks were a nice gesture!

- No complaints whatsoever, only one suggestion: a soap dish would be great for guests to not create a mess on the sink.
